Accountability
Our professional staff is supervised and trained by licensed funeral directors. Our agents are always properly attired to uphold your professional image, making every removal in a business shirt, tie and suit. On home removals, we will send two men in a funeral coach, if requested.
Unlike others, our agents are bonded and insured and our business carries full professional liability insurance with E & O coverage and employee dishonesty provisions. We are registered and licensed with the N.C. State Board of Mortuary Science.

No Guesswork, Period
Our staff will be prepared to answer any questions a family may have for the director. We will also initiate proper release forms, document any and all personal effects, and secure identity and tag the decedent before a removal begins. Because all forms are carbonless, you will receive copies of all documentation at the time the remains are delivered.
